1. Description of Service

FeedRaven provides a web-based tool that allows users to generate schema.org compliant JSON feeds containing business information, products, services, and promotions. These feeds are designed to help businesses become discoverable by AI agents and search systems. Users download the generated feeds and host them on their own websites.

2. Account Registration

To use FeedRaven, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FeedRaven to:

• Generate feeds containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malicious content or links
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all business information, product data, and other content you submit to FeedRaven ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. FeedRaven does not verify or endorse any information contained in user-generated feeds.

5. Free and Paid Services

FeedRaven offers a free tier with limited feed generation (currently 5 feeds per month). We may offer paid plans with additional features in the future.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including free tier limits, at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The FeedRaven service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by FeedRaven and protected by intellectual property laws.

The schema.org vocabulary used in generated feeds is an open standard maintained by Schema.org. FeedRaven does not claim ownership over the schema.org specification.

7. Feed Hosting and Distribution

FeedRaven generates JSON feeds for you to download. You are responsible for hosting these feeds on your own website or infrastructure. FeedRaven does not host, serve, or distribute your feeds to third parties. How you use, host, and distribute your generated feeds is your responsibility.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FeedRaven is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated feeds will be indexed or used by any particular AI agent or search system
• Using FeedRaven will result in increased visibility or business outcomes
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

AI discoverability depends on many factors outside our control, including how AI systems choose to index and present information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedRaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedRaven and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of FeedRaven after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using FeedRaven at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Previously generated and downloaded feeds remain yours to use as you see fit.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeedRaven operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
